  1. World Pneumonia Day is a global event observed every year on 12 November to spread awareness and educate people to combat Pneumonia disease. The theme of World Pneumonia Day 2022 is “Pneumonia Affects Everyone”.
  2. Public Service Broadcasting Day is being celebrated on 12 November every year to commemorate the only visit of Mahatma Gandhi to All India Radio in Delhi in 1947.
  3. On 11 November, 2022 the country observed the birth anniversary of freedom fighter Acharya Kripalani.
  4. The 47th edition of the Annual National Conference of ISBTI is to start in Jammu. In Jammu and Kashmir, a national-level conference was held at Government Medical College Jammu, from 11 November, 2022.

  14.  Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 11 November, 2022 unveiled a 108-feet tall bronze statue of Sri Nadaprabhu Kempegowda in Bengaluru.
  15. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik announced that the Odisha government aims to make Odisha slum-free by the end of 2023.
  16. Double Olympic medallist, PV Sindhu has launched the mascots ‘Toofan and Toofani’ for Fit India Movement’s Fit India School Week initiative for the year 2022.
