  2. The European Space Agency’s Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer or JUICE is the next venture of humanity into the outer Solar System.
  3. India’s G-20 Sherpa Amitabh Kant inaugurated India’s first Model G-20 Summit organized by Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini’s Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership.
  4. BOB Financial Solutions Limited (BFSL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of Baroda launched ‘Vikram’, the contactless RuPay credit card dedicated to the Indian defence, parliamentary, and police personnel on the occasion of 74th Republic day celebrations on 26 January, 2023.

  11. V Karthikeyan Pandian, an IAS officer and private secretary to Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik was conferred with FIH President’s Award on 29 January, 2023.
  12. Defence PSU Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers (GRSE) Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Rolls Royce Solutions of Germany for manufacture of high-quality marine diesel engines at the former’s plant in Ranchi.
  13. An exhibition on Medieval Indian Dynasties was organized by the Indian Council of Historical Research (ICHR), a division of the Union Ministry of Education and featured 50 different dynasties in the exhibitions.
