1. National Productivity Day or National Productivity Council Foundation Day is annually observed across India on 12 February to mark the foundation day of the National Productivity Council of India (NPC) and raise awareness of productivity, efficiency, and innovation. National Productivity Day is celebrated as part of National Productivity Week, which is annually observed from 12-18 February. The theme of National Productivity Day 2023 is “Productivity, Green Growth, and Sustainability: Celebrating India’s G20 Presidency”. 
2. International Darwin Day is annually observed across the globe on 12 February to commemorate the birth anniversary of the 19^th century British naturalist, Charles Robert Darwin, who is well known for his work ‘The Theory of Natural Selection’.
