1. Every year on 7 April, World Health Day is celebrated to bring global attention to a specific health issue that impacts people worldwide. The day also marks the anniversary of the founding of the World Health Organisation (WHO).The World Health Day 2023 theme is “Health For All”. 
2. The United Nations’ International Day of Reflection on the Genocide in Rwanda is annually observed across the globe on 7 April to honour the memory of the victims of the 1994 genocide against Tutsi, Hutu and others who opposed it in Rwanda.
3. The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) has won the 13^th edition of the All India Police Commando Competition (AIPCC) 2023, organized by the National Security Guard (NSG).
4. The Indian National Space Promotion and Authorization Centre (IN-SPACe) has established a new state-of-the-art Space Systems Design Lab to enable space sector start-ups to transform their innovative ideas into implementable models at a faster pace at its headquarters in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
5. France has invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi to visit Paris as a guest at the annual Bastille Day parade on 14 July, 2023.
6. Anjali Sharma of Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh became the first woman to conquer Mount Kilimanjaro in South Africa wearing Luanchari (a traditional Gaddi dress).

8. The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) successfully conducted the Reusable Launch Vehicle Autonomous Landing Mission (RLV LEX) from the Aeronautical Test Range (ATR) at Chitradurga, Karnataka on 2 April, 2023.
9. Georgia Assembly in USA on 2 April, 2023 passed a resolution that condemns Hinduphobia and anti-Hindu bigotry, making it the first state in America to take such legislative action.   
10. Mumbai city will soon get at least 50 food trucks that would function round the clock across all seven zones in the city.
11. Russian tennis star Daniil Medvedev claimed his fourth title of the year by defeating Jannik Sinner in a closely-contested final match in Miami Opens 2023.
12. PM Narendra Modi inaugurated the Diamond Jubilee Celebrations of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on 3 April, 2023 at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi.
13. India and the Netherlands, on 3 April 2023, held their first Ministerial-Level meeting of the Joint Working Group (JWG) in New Delhi.
14. The former Ambassador of Israel to India Ron Malka on 3 April, 2023 has been appointed as the Executive Chairman of Haifa Port Company.
15. The Air Force of India and the US Air Force are set to conduct the ‘Cope India’ exercise from 10-21 April 2023, at the Kalaikunda airbase in West Bengal, with Japan as an observer.  
16. Legendary San Francisco drag performer Heklina, on 4 April 2023, passed away in London.
