  1. World Malaria Day is annually observed across the world on 25 April to create awareness about the importance of investment and commitment towards the prevention and control of Malaria. The theme of World Malaria Day 2023 is “Time to deliver zero malaria: invest, innovate, implement”.
  2. Every year on 25 April, International Delegate’s Day is observed to pay tribute to the delegates who are an integral part of the United Nations and play a significant role in its functioning.  
  3. World Penguin Day is annually celebrated on 25 April to celebrate penguins, an educative initiative that encourages people to learn more about these flightless birds and their environment, how important they are to our ecosystems and the threats they face.
  4. SKF India, the country’s leading technology and solutions provider of bearings and services, has been recognized as the ‘Top 25 Best Companies to Work for in India’ for 2023.
  5. India has made a significant leap on the World Bank’s Logistics Performance Index, moving up six places to 38th out of 139 countries in the 2023 ranking.
