National Doctor’s Day is observed on 1 July across India to pay tribute to the esteemed Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, a renowned doctor and one of the most influential designers of India’s contemporary healthcare system. This day is also celebrated to appreciate and honour the valuable contributions of doctors and healthcare professionals in India. The theme of National Doctors’ Day 2023 is “Celebrating Resilience and Healing Hands”.
