1. The Central Govt. has appointed Justice Dhirubhai Naranbhai Patel, Chief Justice of Delhi High Court, as the Chairperson of Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT).
2. On 5^th March 2022, Manish Sisodia, Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister of Delhi inaugurated the ‘Delhi Teachers University’ at Outram Lane in Mukherjee Nagar, North West Delhi. It is Delhi’s first of its kind University.
3. The Delhi government has announced the setting up of the ‘country’s first’ electronic-waste eco-friendly park in the national capital to handle the increasing e-waste.
4. India’s first indigenous flying trainer ‘HANSA-NG’ designed and developed by CSIR-National Acrospace Laboratories, has successfully completed the sea-level trials at Puducherry from February 19 to March 5.
5. State Bank of India (SBI) has appointed Nitin Chugh as Deputy Managing Director (DMD) to drive digital banking operations. He has been appointed for an initial term of three years.
6. Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has collaborated with Tamil Nadu government to promote awareness among MSMEs of the state about the benefits of listing.
7. National Highway for Electric Vehicle (NHforEV), an organization for promoting electrification of India’s transportation systems is constructing first of its kind ‘green charging hub’ along the Jaipur-Delhi-Agra E-highway.
8. Hero MotoCorp has unveiled a new brand “Vida”, (Vida means life) for its emerging mobility solutions and upcoming electric vehicles. 
9. The World Bank’s India head Junaid Kamal Ahmad has been appointed as a Vice President of the International Leading Institution.
10. BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) has commissioned India’s first ‘Smart Managed’ EV charging station.
11. Standard Chartered has partnered with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) to launch a payment platform for airline industry in India.
12. China’s new Long March-8 rocket placed 22 satellites in space I February 2022, setting a domestic record for the most spacecraft launched by a single rocket.
13. Anirudh Suri, founding partner and Managing Director (MD) of India Internet Fund, has authored a new book titled ‘The Great Tech Game: Shaping Geopolitics and the Destinies of Nations’.
14. Former Indian Army Captain, Deepam Chatterjee has come up with a new book titled “The Millennial Yogi: A modern-day parable about reclaiming one’s life”.
15. A team of scientists from the Botanical Survey of India (BSI) led by Kanjiraparambil Arjunan Sujana (K.A. Sujana) have discovered a new species of Gin Berry, named Glycosmisalbicarpa, from the Kanyakumari Wildlife Sanctuary in Tamil Nadu (TN).
16. Dabang Delhi beat Patna Pirates 37-36 in the VIVO Pro Kabaddi Season 8 final and won their first title. Most Valuable Player of Season 8 was given to Naveen Kumar.
