  1. ‘World Kidney Day’ is observed on the second Thursday (this year 10 March) of March every year. “Kidney Health for All”- is the theme for 2022.
  2. March 10 marks the ‘International Day of Women Judges’ and on this day, the United National reaffirms its commitment to develop.
  3. Central Industrial Security Force has celebrated its ‘54th Raising Day’ on 10 March 2022.
  4. The Kolkata Metro has launched a new app “Metro Ride Kolkata”, developed by the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS).
  5. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, M. K. Stalin has inaugurated India’s largest floating solar power plant constructed at a cost of Rs 150.4 crores.

  15. India has taken first place in the medal standing in International Shooting Sport Federation, ISSF World Cup 2022 in Cairo. The Indian team finished on the top of the medals tally with a total of seven medals comprising of four gold, two silver, and one bronze.
  16. Jhulan Goswami on 10 Mar, 22 equalled former Australia spinner Lyn Fullston’s tally of 39 wickets to become the joint-highest wicket – taker in the Women’s World Cup.
