1. Pramod Sawant took oath as the Chief Minister of Goa, in ceremony held at the Dr Shyamaprasad Mukherjee stadium in Taleigao on 28 March 2022.
2. The sanctum of Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy at the newly renovated Yadadri temple complex has been inaugurated by Telengana CM k. Chandrashekhar Rao on 28 March 2022.
3. ‘PARAM Shakti’, a Petascale Super Computer at IIT Kharagpur, has been dedicated to the nation under ‘National Supercomputing Mission’ (NSM) on 28 March 2022.
4. Ministry of Defence has signed a contract with Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) for the construction of eight Fast Patrol Vessels for the Indian Coast Guard of Rs 473 crore on 28 March’ 2022.

15. The Winner of the 94^th Academy Awards or Oscar awards were announced on 28 March 2022. Will Smith was declared best Actor for ‘King Richard’. Jessica Chastain won the best Actress for “The Eyes of Tammy Faye”.
16.  Bollywood Actress Deepika Padukone has been named as one of the awardees of the ‘TIME100 Impact Awards 2022’.
