1. ‘World Environment Day’ is observed globally on 5^th June every year. The year 2022 marks the 50^th WED. Sweden is the host this year and the theme is ‘Only One Earth’, focusing on the need to live sustainably in harmony with nature’.
2. International Day for the Fight against Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing is organized every year on 5^th June.
3. Haryana will host the ‘Khelo India Youth Games 2021’ from 4 June 2022. It would continue till June 13, 2022
4. Mukesh Ambani has surpassed Gautam Adani to regain the spot of Asia’s and India’s Richest Man.
5. Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways has formulated the ‘Sagarmala’ Young Professional Scheme.
6. Ashwani Bhatia has taken charge as Whole Time Member (WTM) at the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

10.  India-Bangladesh bilateral defence cooperation, a joint military training exercise Ex SAMPRITI-X is being conducted at Jashore Military Station in Bangladesh from 05 June to 16 June 2022.
