1. World Blood Donor Day is observed globally on 14 June every year. The host nation for World Blood Donor Day 2022 is Mexico. The global event has been held in Mexico City on 14 June, 2022. The Theme for World Blood Donor Day 2022 is “Donating blood is an act of solidarity. Join the effort and save lives”.
2. Himanshu Jain has created history by becoming the first Indian to qualify for the Pro Circuit World Snooker from the Asia-Oceania Q School qualifying championship.
3. On 13 June, 2022 Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw launched ‘Start-Ups for Railways’ in New Delhi.
