  1. Recognising the potential of the MSME and their role in strengthening economies, June 27 is celebrated as the ‘Micro-Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Day’. This year the theme of World MSME Day is “Resilience and Rebuilding: MSMEs for Sustainable Development”.
  2. World Vitiligo Day (WVD) is annually observed across the globe on 25 June to create awareness about vitiligo, a long term skin condition caused due to lack of melanin. The International theme for World Vitiligo Day 2022 is “Learning To Live With Vitiligo”.
  3. Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State for the Government of India, left for Portugal to attend the Lisbon UN Ocean Conference, 2022.
  4. The Indian Air Force announced that three Su-30 MKI planes and two C-17 transport aircraft are taking part in a month – long tactical leadership programme in Egypt.

  11.  The chief executive of India Resurgence Asset Reconstruction Company, Avinash Kulkarni, has been selected to head the India Debt Resolution Company.
  12.  IRS Officer Nitin Gupta has been appointed as the new Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) chairman.
