1. The United Nations Day for South-South Cooperation is observed annually on 12 September to highlight the importance of cooperation among people and countries in the global South.
2. World First Aid Day is celebrated every year on the second Saturday of September. This year, World First Aid Day 2022 falls on 10 September, 2022. According to the IFRC, this year’s World First Aid Day theme, "Lifelong First Aid".
3. The Birth anniversary of Acharya Vinoba Bhave was observed on 11 September, 2022
4. King Charles III sits on the throne, following the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, who had been the longest-reigning monarch in British history.
5. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to travel to Samarkand in Uzbekistan for the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Summit on 15 and 16 September.
6. PM Modi inaugurated 2-day ‘Centre-State Science Conclave’ on 10 September, 2022 in Ahmedabad via video conferencing.
7. A military station on the banks of Lohit Valley along the Line of Actual Control and a key road in this mountain hamlet were on 10 September, named after India's first Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat, around nine months after he died in a helicopter crash.

10. PhonePe announced that it had tokenized 14 million credit and debit cards on its network in accordance with the RBI’s (Reserve Bank of India) guidelines for data security.
11. The Indian Army’s Western Command (WC) has signed a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with NTPC Limited to draw 25 MW solar powers directly from the National Solar Grid of India for the next 27 years.
12. Chief Justice of Madras High Court, Munishwar Nath Bhandari has been appointed Justice as the Chairman of the Appellate Tribunal under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
13.  The Central government has fixed the maximum number of wards in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) at 250.
14.  President Droupadi Murmu has nominated Gulam Ali, a Gurjar Muslim from Jammu and Kashmir, to the Rajya Sabha.
15.  Red Bull’s Max Verstappen won the Italian Formula 1 Grand Prix on 11 September, 2022.
