1. United Nations Day, on 24 October, marks the anniversary of the entry into force in 1945 of the UN Charter.
2. The 14^th World Spice Congress will take place in the CIDCO Exhibition and Convention Centre in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, from 16 to 18 February, 2023.
3. Delhi government has launched the ‘Diye Jalao, Patake Nahin’ (light up lamps, not firecrackers) campaign at Central Park in New Delhi.
4. India’s leading fintech platform, PhonePe, has launched its first Green Data Center in India, Mumbai, Maharashtra leveraging technologies and solutions from Dell Technologies and NTT.
5. Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar announced that the central government will start a Rs 500 crore accelerator program to help agro enterprises with their profitable ideas.

14. PM Narendra Modi on 22 October, 2022 launched Rozgar Mela – recruitment drive for 10 lakh personnel and during the ceremony appointment letters were handed over to 75,000 inducted appointees.
